POLICY UPDATE: 07/01/2022


Hello all! As we all know we offer 3 different levels of lash services.


▪︎ Full Set
▪︎ Full Fill
▪︎ Mini Fill


Do to demand for appointments and time constraints trying to open as many appointments as possible, coupled with late showings, we are making the following changes to our appointment acceptance policy. This will also be in the agreement you sign when you book your appointments.

▪︎ If you are 15 minutes (or more) late for your appointment for a Full Set, you will be required to reschedule your appointment AND your card on file will be charged a $40 last minute cancellation. If your card is declined for this charge, then you will be required to come into the shop and pay the $40 last minute cancellation fee AS WELL as a $40 non-refundable deposit prior to booking your next appointment. 

▪︎ If you are 10 minutes (or more) late for your appointment for a Full Fill, you will be required to reschedule your appointment AND your card on file will be charged a $40 last minute cancellation. If your card is declined for this charge, then you will be required to come into the shop and pay the $40 last minute cancellation fee AS WELL as a $40 non-refundable deposit prior to booking your next appointment.

▪︎ If you are late for your appointment for a Mini-Fill, or any other services requiring 20 minutes or less, you will be required to reschedule your appointment AND your card on file will be charged a $40 last minute cancellation. If your card is declined for this charge, then you will be required to come into the shop and pay the $40 last minute cancellation fee AS WELL as a $40 non-refundable deposit prior to booking your next appointment.


FRIENDLY REMINDER REGARDING YOUR APPOINTMENT:

We have also implemented a confirmation requirement. If your appointment is not confirmed BEFORE 3 HOURS PRIOR (meaning your appointment is at 3:00 O'Clock PM and you do not confirm by noon the day of) you will be considered a no show and you will be charged a $40 no show fee and will have to reschedule.


All phone calls, text messages, emails will be responded to during normal business hours. If it is late in the day (after 10:00 O'Clock PM), outside of normal operating hours/days, or we are currently with a client, we will return communication as soon as the current client is finished or the following business day during normal operating hours.


We now offer a "wait" list for existing customers. If you need an appointment sooner than your currently scheduled appointment you may ask to be put on the wait list. This will be a first come, first serve availability bases. Meaning if we have a cancellation for a fill, we will consult the wait list if you have requested to be notified of an opening for a fill you will be contacted. You will then have 15 minutes to respond to accept the appointment, you will also have the option to keep your other appointment or reschedule it. Standard no show fees will apply if you fail to show with in 15 minutes of ANY appointment.
